Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telecalling Team Management: Manage and improve the productivity and performance of the telecalling team comprising approximately eight members.
  • Event Management: Plan, handle, and manage events end-to-end, including production, coordination, and logistics.
  • Training & Counselling Quality: Oversee and ensure high-quality standards in training programs and counselling processes.
  • Participant Experience Enhancement: Continuously improve participant experiences by implementing feedback, process improvements, and service quality initiatives.
