Job Description
- Technical Expertise:Utilize the Celonis platform to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for process analysis
- Develop and maintain data connectors and data models within the Celonis platform
- Implement Celonis process mining solutions to analyze and visualize business processes
- Functional Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their process improvement needs
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation
- Create functional specifications and design solutions using Celonis
- Customization:Customize Celonis applications and dashboards to meet specific business requirements
- Develop and implement process automation solutions using Celonis Action Flows
- Reporting and Visualization:Design and build reports and dashboards to present process insights to stakeholders
- Utilize data visualization tools to convey meaningful information
- Training and Support:Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively use Celonis solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with Celonis product updates and industry best practices
- Continuously improve and optimize business processes
