Job Description
- Work with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvementsthat affect catalogue management workflows.
- Participating in the identification and correction of catalogue errors; investigating catalogue related complaints.
- Resolving problems that appear on the supply chain (warehouse) and help
- improve inventory management.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of content creation / population done by others.
- Training and mentoring team associates.
- Presenting team and individual reports regarding work received and work performed.
