Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product listings in catalog systems with accuracy and consistency.
• Respond to internal and external queries related to product content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure catalog data integrity.
• Identify and resolve errors or discrepancies in product data.
• Support the implementation of enhanced content and branding elements to improve customer engagement.
• Monitor product pages for performance and generate reports on key metrics.
• Assist in improving the overall online purchase experience through proactive content management.
