Catalog Specialist / Product Listing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support, respond to queries, and coordinate with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for managing and disseminating information across internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers/partners.
• Support customer calls and inquiries related to product listings and page content.
• Improve purchase experience and online content quality by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Make informed decisions or resolve issues within defined options or standard protocols.
• Identify and resolve listing errors, ensuring compliance with platform and brand guidelines.
• Implement enhanced content and branding elements to improve user engagement.
• Monitor customer pages for performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
