Catalog Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog Management

• Oversee creation, updating, and maintenance of product listings on the platform
• Ensure all product information meets accuracy, completeness, and quality standards
• Implement regular catalog audits and update processes

Data Enrichment

• Apply best practices to improve product discoverability and relevance
• Enhance product attributes, categorization, and metadata for better search and browsing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Business Success, Product, and Operations teams to onboard partner brands
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to enrich catalog with high-quality images and content
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve platform-related catalogue issues

Quality Assurance

• Develop and implement quality control checks for catalog integrity
• Monitor and track KPIs related to catalog accuracy, completeness, and performance

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve catalogue workflows and reduce product go-live timelines
• Create, document, and maintain SOPs for catalog management and updates
