Catalog Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Listing: Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc., within timelines.
• Content Creation: Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversion rates.
• Catalog Management: Ensure product catalogs contain accurate, comprehensive, and high-quality information.
• Photography Coordination: Coordinate with external photography studios for catalog shoots.
• Vendor & Portal Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce portal points of contact (POCs).
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with Sourcing, E-commerce, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Promotions Management: Ensure ongoing offers, promotions, and discounts are accurately reflected on online marketplaces.
• Performance Tracking: Track KPIs for products to ensure visibility, sales growth, and performance optimization.
• Market Analysis: Identify opportunities and trends in the market and communicate insights internally.
