Job Description
- 5+ years of relevant Experience with Cassandra Admin exposure.
- Deep understanding of Cassandra Architecture internal framework.
- Design, develop and manage data on Cassandra cluster
- Setting up Cassandra in a Multizone clustered environment.
- Installation of Cassandra and configuration of the same in Cloud platforms
- Experience in Add/bootstrap Remove/Replace nodes into clusters.
- Strong knowledge in Replication, Partitioning, clustering between data
- centres.
- End-to-end performance tuning Troubleshooting of Cassandra
- clusters
- Cassandra DB maintenance / housekeeping activities
- Software patches and upgrades
- Capacity planning
- Cassandra connectivity and Security in Cloud platforms
- Monitoring
- Hands on experience in Data Modeling, design implementation
- Establishing and driving standards within the team
- Providing guidance to less experienced DBAs
