Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Promote and open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts as per customer profiles and business requirements.
  • Explain bank's product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to prospective customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets.
  • Generate leads through direct sourcing and third-party channels, and convert them into active customers.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct on-field sales activities including door-to-door campaigns, kiosk activities, and promotional events.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and engagement to build long-term relationships.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Collect and verify all required KYC documents and ensure adherence to regulatory and bank policies.
  • Ensure timely submission and accurate completion of all onboarding paperwork.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in field sales, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
  • Gender: Open to all
  • Age Limit: 21 – 30 years
  • Location: Chennai (Multiple Branches – will be shared during interview)

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Should own a Two-wheeler with a Valid Driving License
  • Must possess a smartphone with internet connectivity for field activity tracking
