Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Promote and open Current Accounts and Savings Accounts as per customer profiles and business requirements.
- Explain bank's product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly to prospective customers.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing and third-party channels, and convert them into active customers.
- Customer Engagement:
- Conduct on-field sales activities including door-to-door campaigns, kiosk activities, and promotional events.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and engagement to build long-term relationships.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Collect and verify all required KYC documents and ensure adherence to regulatory and bank policies.
- Ensure timely submission and accurate completion of all onboarding paperwork.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in field sales, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
- Gender: Open to all
- Age Limit: 21 – 30 years
- Location: Chennai (Multiple Branches – will be shared during interview)
Mandatory Requirements:
- Should own a Two-wheeler with a Valid Driving License
- Must possess a smartphone with internet connectivity for field activity tracking
