Career Counsellor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group career counselling sessions to students, focusing on strengths, interests, and goals.
• Develop and implement academic support strategies to help students achieve educational objectives.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on career development topics such as job search techniques, time management, and study skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify areas where students need additional support and develop targeted interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career and academic counselling.
