Job Description

We are hiring for a Customer Service - Voice Process role within a captive unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer support. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals to join a dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through a voice process.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and strive for first-call resolution.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Education: Graduates are required.
  • Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Prior experience in a voice process or customer service is preferred. Freshers must have excellent English communication skills.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role.
  • Age: Maximum age of 27 years.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Up to ₹4-7 LPA.
  • Work Schedule: 5 days Work From Office (WFO), with 24/7 shifts and offs.
  • Transport: One-side cab is provided for odd hours, and a shuttle service is also available.
