Responsibilities:

  • Always greet & welcome guests promptly in warm & friendly manner
  • Always thank & give fond farewell guests conveying anticipation for their next visit
  • Ensure guest are serviced within specified time
  • Has good knowledge of menu & presentation standards
  • Able to answer any questions regarding menu & assist with menu selections
  • Able anticipate any unexpected guest need & reacts promptly & tactfully
  • Take active role in coaching & developing junior staff
