Skills.

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Knowledge of the Client onboarding/account opening process for Global Custody Services.
• Knowledge / Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory Influences in Client Onboarding Process specific to Global Custody Services.
• Experience working on Change the Bank/Re-engineering Projects within the Custody Services domain.
• Experience in projects implementing technical changes AND organizational/workflow change.

Responsibilities.

• Analysis and documentation of business processes.
• Preparation of business requirement documents and ensure the acceptance of the requirements with all stakeholders.
• Set up and chair relevant meetings to ensure progress is communicated to stakeholders.
• Manage Risks/Issues and escalate to appropriate management level when necessary.
