Program Design & Implementation: Support the design and delivery of AI skilling programs tailored for diverse cohorts including government institutions and underserved communities.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, coordination with internal teams and partner organizations, and ensure smooth program delivery.
Donor Communication & Fundraising Support: Draft grant proposals, concept notes, and communication materials for donors.
Content Development: Contribute to the development and localization of training materials for different learner profiles.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with instructional designers, product teams, and AI teams to integrate real-world AI applications into training programs.
Training Facilitation: Assist in facilitation of workshops, monitor participant interactions, and take ownership of sessions along with co-facilitators.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, reporting requirements, and impact metrics.
Representation: Represent Wadhwani AI in workshops, donor meetings, and community interactions.
