Job Description

Campaign Management

  • Manage and maintain the global email marketing calendar.
  • Schedule, execute, and track all campaigns in line with marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with demand and customer marketing teams for campaign alignment.
  • Gather requirements, content, and assets from stakeholders.

Campaign Creation and Execution

  • Set up and execute email campaigns using SFDC and Marketo.
  • Ensure all campaign assets align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive QA testing to ensure emails render properly across devices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with demand marketing for lead-gen and customer marketing for retention campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and execution timelines.
  • Provide performance insights to inform future strategy.

Campaign Tracking and Optimization

  • Implement campaign tracking (UTM, SFDC integration).
  • Analyze post-campaign data (conversion, performance).
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, content, and timing.

Tools and Systems Management

  • Utilize Marketo, SFDC, and other martech tools for campaign automation and reporting.
  • Ensure smooth integration across platforms in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Stay updated with emerging martech tools and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years in marketing operations, ideally in a SaaS or B2B setting.
  • Proven experience with end-to-end email campaign execution.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in SFDC and Marketo.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email rendering best practices (a plus).
  • Understanding of email marketing, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication across teams/time zones (India/US).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in fast-paced environments.

Analytical Skills

  • Skilled in analyzing campaign metrics like open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Ability to refine strategies based on data insights.

Preferred

  • Experience with global cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
