Job Description
Drive Business generate lead for the D2C Channel through Performance marketing campaign on the relevant platforms including Search, Display, YTMax, Affiliate, Social networks.
Improve lead quality through conversion rate, manage cost per lead (CPL), Campaign Budget Allocation etc.
Manage Website Mobile App Traffic through Google Analytics platform
Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
Work closely with the IT Team for Customer Journey on the website, CRM, Dialer, Landing Page etc.
Active participation in website revamp through Content/UI/UX
Manage Customer Engagement of existing customers through Campaign Management by using SMS/Email/WhatsApp/Voice Calls media vehicles
Oversee the execution, mentoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
Budget Management
