Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Convert online leads into appointments and revenue-generating patients
- Meet defined revenue targets from cash and TPA channels
- Track and report performance of incoming appointment calls against defined TAT
- Drive IP conversion from OP leads via digital channels within budgeted targets
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound digital leads and follow up to maximize conversion
- Coordinate with marketing and patient services for lead fulfillment
- Monitor call quality and appointment efficiency metrics
- Support initiatives to boost digital and inbound lead performance
