Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Convert online leads into appointments and revenue-generating patients
  • Meet defined revenue targets from cash and TPA channels
  • Track and report performance of incoming appointment calls against defined TAT
  • Drive IP conversion from OP leads via digital channels within budgeted targets

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound digital leads and follow up to maximize conversion
  • Coordinate with marketing and patient services for lead fulfillment
  • Monitor call quality and appointment efficiency metrics
  • Support initiatives to boost digital and inbound lead performance
