Job Description
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus to advise guests and promote additional sales.
- Promote upselling opportunities in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate the Micros cash system and prepare invoices accurately.
- Ensure safe handling and proper use of all technical and F&B equipment.
- Be familiar with equipment used in banqueting functions (e.g., TV, projector, DVD, etc.).
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar teams and ensure proper registration as per hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with F&B Manager regarding event setups, last-minute changes, and special arrangements.
