Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning in a fast-paced QSR environment.
  • Drive business growth by implementing local marketing initiatives and upselling strategies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver high customer service standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, footfall, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality, cleanliness, and speed of service.
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand operational standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize wastage and maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve escalations professionally and promptly.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • 4–8 years of experience as a Store Manager in the QSR industry.
  • Proven ability to lead store operations and deliver consistent business results.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety, and hygiene protocols applicable in the QSR sector.
