We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Analyst proficient in using Abaqus and HyperMesh to join our engineering team.
Proven experience using Abaqus for finite element analysis, specifically in automotive engine background.
Experience with structural analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis , and fluid-structure interactions in engine components.
Strong understanding of engine systems, materials, and failure modes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced simulations and analyses, utilizing these software tools to support product design, optimization, and validation.
Proven experience using Abaqus for finite element analysis (FEA).
Expertise in HyperMesh for model preparation, mesh generation, and model setup.
Strong background in structural, thermal, and dynamic simulations.
Hands-on experience with post-processing tools like HyperView and Abaqus/CAE .
Analytical Skills : Ability to critically analyze simulation results and provide actionable recommendations.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present and explain complex results to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail : High level of precision in creating and verifying models, running simulations, and interpreting results.
