Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee transport and mobility design and drafting for Middle East projects, ensuring technical excellence and commercial success.
• Deliver specialised expertise in transport planning, road design, master planning, development planning, and parking studies.
• Provide design input to ensure compliance with international codes and optimisation of spatial planning.
• Ensure design and drawing production is accurate, high-quality, and delivered within deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivery.
• Support BIM adoption and integration within the design and drafting process.
• Maintain strong working relationships within the team and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or CAD Draughtsmanship.
• 6–12 years' experience in CAD drafting, with a focus on transport planning, parking design, traffic engineering, and highway engineering.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, and related CAD software.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modelling) preferred.
• Knowledge of international transport planning and road design standards and procedures.
• Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in drafting and design.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
