Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for cabin crew and ground staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
