Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of passengers throughout the duration of the flight.
- Provide high-quality hospitality services, including serving meals and beverages on board.
- Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and seating arrangements.
- Demonstrate safety procedures and ensure all passengers comply with aviation guidelines.
- Address passenger needs, queries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, orderliness, and overall passenger comfort.
- Assist special category passengers such as elderly, disabled, children, or unaccompanied minors.
- Manage emergency situations calmly and follow standard operating protocols.
- Uphold airline service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality with good body language and professional grooming standards.
- Strong customer service orientation with a hospitality-driven mindset.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations tactfully.
- Physically fit and able to meet airline medical and appearance requirements.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
