Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and security of passengers throughout the duration of the flight.
  • Provide high-quality hospitality services, including serving meals and beverages on board.
  • Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding and seating arrangements.
  • Demonstrate safety procedures and ensure all passengers comply with aviation guidelines.
  • Address passenger needs, queries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, orderliness, and overall passenger comfort.
  • Assist special category passengers such as elderly, disabled, children, or unaccompanied minors.
  • Manage emergency situations calmly and follow standard operating protocols.
  • Uphold airline service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Pleasant personality with good body language and professional grooming standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a hospitality-driven mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations tactfully.
  • Physically fit and able to meet airline medical and appearance requirements.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
