CA with Manufacturing Company Experience

This role is for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including managing MIS, finalizing financial statements, consolidation, and handling all aspects of audit and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MIS (Management Information System) for all entities.
• Finalize the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Handle consolidation of financial statements, including Cash Flow, Income Statement, and year-end variance analysis.
• Oversee Accounts Payable reconciliation, invoice booking, payments, and payroll tax in QuickBooks (QB).
• Responsible for all reconciliation statements, including Bank, AR Collection, AP, and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and review GST return data for filing.
• Conduct and manage Internal Audits for Pvt Ltd companies.
• Deal with internal and external auditors for GST and statutory audits.
• Liaise with authorities such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax, and VAT for compliance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Chartered Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of MIS, financial statement finalization, and consolidation.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (QB) and handling various reconciliations.
• Good exposure to Internal Audits and statutory compliance.
• Experience dealing with auditors and regulatory authorities.
