We are seeking CA-qualified or CA-Inter professionals for our Record to Report (R2R) team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in finance and accounting, including freshers who have completed their CA qualification. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills to join our team and contribute to a core finance function.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and manage all aspects of the Record to Report (R2R) cycle.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Contribute to financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline financial processes.

Required Candidate Profile

• Qualification: CA Qualified or CA Inter. CA Qualified Freshers can also apply.
• Experience:
• 2-8 years of experience post-qualification (after articleship).
• Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Additional Information

• Salary:
• CA Qualified Freshers: Up to ₹8 LPA.
• Team Lead (TL): ₹7.6 LPA to ₹11.8 LPA (fixed).
• Assistant Manager (AM): ₹11.17 LPA to ₹18.9 LPA (fixed).
• Manager (MGR): ₹6.5 LPA to ₹29.19 LPA (fixed).
• Work Schedule: Day Shift.
• Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) Drive.
