• OTC specialist with 10 years of experience
• Should have handson experience on OTC on ECC as well as S4Hana
• Should have implementation as well as support experience
• Understanding and experience in end to end sales order cycle
• Ability to analyze system config to develop process understanding
• Understanding of ITSM systems and processes
• Should be able to work as individual contributor in a daytoday client facing role
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
