Buyer - Sub Division Head

As the Buyer Sub Division Head (NON APPS) at V2 Retail, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end buying process for the non-apparel (NON APPS) category, which includes accessories, footwear, home essentials, and other non-apparel items. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, vendor management, and execution of category buying strategies that align with V2 Retail s overall merchandising vision and revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, inventory management, and retail operations, to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in buying or category management, preferably in the retail sector with a focus on non-apparel categories.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, PL, and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in using retail analytics software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
