Buyer Analyst

• IT Services Procurement: Manage sourcing and procurement activities for IT professional services such as developers, testers, system implementors, and business analysts.
• Supplier Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring cost efficiency and high-value outcomes.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Market & Category Analysis: Conduct market research and category analysis to support sourcing decisions and identify opportunities.
• Workload Prioritization: Assess and manage workload effectively to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Data & Reporting: Provide management information and procurement insights to support sourcing and contract management.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with various category teams, both local and offshore, to deliver procurement services aligned with organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, challenge existing methods, and adopt best practices across the group.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Good experience in IT professional services procurement.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills.
• Ability to build positive supplier relationships.
• Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba and Fieldglass (desirable).
• Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders up to senior management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Degree-qualified.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Procurement certifications such as MCIPS or IAACM.
• Knowledge of Agile SOWs, SLAs, and outcome-based contracting.
• Experience working with vendors like EPAM, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Synechron, DXC.
• Experience in global/FinTech/multi-country organizations.
