Business Unit Director Joint Ventures

Key Deliverables:

• Drive revenue, profitability, and cashflow by leading business operations, financial controls, and commercial strategy
• Lead JV partnerships with strategic planning, business reporting, and board-level collaboration
• Oversee cross-functional departments (Sales, Commercial Finance, Plant Ops, Procurement, Quality) for operational efficiency
• Develop and empower high-performing teams while ensuring legal, statutory, and compliance responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with JV and Visteon stakeholders to shape long-term business plans and win new business
• Optimize financial performance through insights, capex control, and operational cost management
• Strengthen customer and market presence by driving business development initiatives
• Guide cross-functional teams in a matrix setup across regions with speed, clarity, and accountability
