Business Transformation Consultant - TDO Processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to analyze, design, and implement business transformation strategies within TDO processes.
• Assess current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define target operating models and process frameworks aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and performance improvements using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end transformation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, governance frameworks, and operational excellence standards.
• Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
• Contribute to business cases, transformation roadmaps, and performance tracking metrics.
