Business Transformation Consultant-Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

Process & Transformation Consulting

• Analyze client asset management processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend and implement process transformations aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

Technology Implementation & Optimization

• Lead or support implementations of Asset Management systems (e.g., IBM Maximo) including upgrades and system integrations.
• Ensure alignment between business processes and technology solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities where possible.
• Assist in configuring workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance operational visibility.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
• Engage with clients, IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and ensure successful solution adoption.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to enable smooth transitions.

Continuous Improvement & Advisory

• Identify opportunities for process and technology optimization in asset management operations.
• Advise clients on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance asset performance and ROI.
• Maintain documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and implementation decisions.
