Key Responsibilities

Project Management Methodologies & Standards

• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, templates, and process documentation.
• Provide project management training, coaching, and support to project managers and teams.
• Conduct project post-mortem reviews and capture lessons learned to continuously improve methodologies.

Project Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Own projects from conception to conclusion and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Partner with multifunctional, diverse teams across clients and IBM to achieve project goals.

Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management

• Monitor project progress and provide timely status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Use data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to present project metrics, risks, and issues.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate resolution of project-related conflicts and challenges.
