Business Systems Analyst IV

Summary:

As an RPA&AI Analyst/Developer in this role, you will be responsible for supporting and developing AI-enabled automated processes using UiPath and other RPA (Robotics Process Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to effectively streamline and improve HR operations. You will collaborate with Business Analysts on the team to support and deliver automation and AI solutions to process owners across the organization. To succeed in this role, you should be willing to learn HR business processes and have the ability to identify opportunities for process efficiency. You should have strong critical thinking, process mapping, and optimization skills, as well as a solid foundation in programming and enterprise application systems. Additionally, you must be able to handle ambiguity, be self-motivated to figure out the total picture, and propose resolutions or make appropriate decisions tailored to the project at hand.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to existing automated processes.
• Design, build, test, implement, and maintain RPA and AI solutions to automate processes.
• Assist in producing Process Design Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) as inputs to RPA development.
• Assist in the testing and validation of RPA and AI solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-free.
• Assist in the data annotation process to train LLM models for specific use cases.
• Provide support for solutions in production, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Learn and interact with different enterprise systems that are used.
• Collaborate with internal IT team to set up and maintain technical infrastructure.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices pertaining to automation and AI tools and continuously share knowledge with the team.
• Learn and become proficient in new industry tools as they are adopted by the team to expand our solution offerings.
• Collaborate with the Modern Technology Office (MTO) to ensure alignment with best practices while delivering high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with a team to achieve project objectives and help foster a cohesive, collaborative team culture that delivers results and drives innovation.
• Partner closely with Business Analysts and external partners to support and build automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&rsquos degree or equivalent applicable work experience required.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft .NET framework preferred).
• Experience with automation process production support.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath framework and Workato.
• Understanding of RPA development methodologies and COE model a plus.
• Experience with data annotation/specialized LLM model training.
• Experience with APIs calls with Large Language Models (LLM) such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude preferred.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Spring AI, Llama stack preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP, iCIMS, etc.) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to map out and document complicated processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment even during times of ambiguity.
• Solid time management skills, ability to prioritize assignments in a dynamic work environment.
• Advanced Excel level, proficient with all other Office applications a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things.
