Business System Analyst

In This Role, You Will

 Work with Agile Team to create and clearly communicate requirements outlined in User Story

and Acceptance Criteria for MSP product.

 Conducts data mapping and analysis, translating regulatory requirements into the ICE services.

 Serve as an integral participant in the business process redesign and documentation for new or

changing technology.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

Essential skills:

 Experience with and strong understanding of Mortgage or Finance or Banking Domain.

 Prior experience or knowledge about verifying the batch reports and CICS screens in mainframes

system is preferred.

 Prior experience or knowledge of US Mortgage Investor functionality is preferred.

 Should be able to write functional specification document based on requirements with expected

changes in the current system.

 Should be able to test the functionality to validate the modified requirements are as expected.

 Proficiency in defining User Story acceptance criteria using GWT format (Behavior-Driven

Development) for MSP Product.

Good to have skills:

 Azure DevOps knowledge is preferred.

 SAFe or Agile certification is preferred.

 Experience in SoapUI is highly preferred.

 Some knowledge on Microservices and APIs is a plus.

 Experience in prototyping/UML tools like Visio, Balasmiq etc.

EXPERIENCE

 8+ years' experience in IT industry with at least 5 years as Business Analyst, preferably in

Mortgage, Finance or Banking domain.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION 

 A bachelor's degree, MBA or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work

experience.
