Business Support Processor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational risk incidents, perform RCSA activities, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support new client onboarding reviews and periodic reviews for existing client portfolios.
• Develop and implement new operational controls to reduce risk exposure and enhance efficiency.
• Handle and resolve queries related to Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across risk, operations, finance, and compliance to ensure process alignment and regulatory adherence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, risk management, or financial control functions.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income, FX, or Commodities products and related trade workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and ownership.
