Job Description
We're looking for a Business Support Executive to manage the entire customer order lifecycle, from receipt to fulfillment. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely order processing and a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for a specific zone or vertical, working closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management: Validate and process orders for After-Sales (AP), Installed Base (IB), and service contracts.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, dispatch, and delivery. You'll also follow up with internal authorities for order clearance.
- Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for your assigned zone. You will coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Reporting: Maintain up-to-date MIS (Management Information System) for your assigned zone or vertical.
- Collaboration: Communicate and interact effectively with sales, product, finance, and logistics teams to ensure all responsibilities are performed in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in order processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and an ERP system, preferably Oracle. Exposure to SFDC is a plus but not mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to collaborate and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong desire to grow your expertise and expand your skillset.
