Job Description
- Developing project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules
- Assembling and managing project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and monitoring progress
- Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure project success
- Managing project budgets and finances, and ensuring that all project costs are controlled and recorded
- Communicating project status to stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and senior management
- Managing and resolving project issues and risks, and escalating as necessary
- Ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including project team members, sponsors, and suppliers
