Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Punjab region.
- Lead a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and medical practitioners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and untapped markets.
Marketing Management:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the regional audience.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to localize national campaigns for maximum impact.
- Drive brand awareness and visibility across key healthcare hubs in Punjab.
- Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, seminars, and product launches.
Business Development:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate counter-strategies.
- Explore strategic partnerships and collaborations with healthcare institutions.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with key clients and stakeholders.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales and marketing team.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts.
