Business Operations Analyst
Job Description
The Business Operations Analyst – Contracting plays a key role in managing contract requests and lifecycle operations with a focus on publishing, automation, and analytics. This role partners with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, maintain contract assets, and drive operational efficiency across business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of contract intake and publishing workflows.
• Use Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI to automate processes and deliver performance insights.
• Maintain and enhance contract templates, including SOWs, datasheets, and change orders.
• Create clear, concise written and visual content for Service Descriptions.
• Research existing agreements and programs to support reporting and customer needs.
• Implement automation across the contract lifecycle (intake, drafting, approval, publishing, communication).
• Provide strategic input to improve business processes and workflows.
• Deliver dashboards and automation solutions to support contract operations.
• Manage the contract request queue and monitor Slack support channels for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with product managers to fulfill new contract requests.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in contracts, legal operations, or process automation.
• Familiarity with high-tech IT contracting environments.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in high-tech contracting or operational roles
Strong background in drafting contracts for cloud, tech, and professional services.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills (styles, revision control, TOC, document comparison).
• Experience with contract management platforms (preferably Icertis).
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
• Multilingual writing capabilities are highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Strong proficiency in AI tools and techniques—highly desirable for driving innovation and efficiency.
