Job Description
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify prospective customers through market research and outreach activities.

Sales & Target Achievement
Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers promptly.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer sites and exhibitions.

Database & Reporting Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company contact database.
Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline status.
Provide feedback on customer requirements to improve product functionality and service delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Ensure effective internal communication between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
Collaborate across departments for seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities and potential collaborators.
Identify emerging business opportunities, risks, and market threats.
