Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure a positive guest experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with department managers to ensure smooth operations across all functions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and appropriately.
  • Establish and maintain performance and customer service standards for staff.
  • Maintain full knowledge of outlet operations, including policies, specials, VIP guests, and events.
  • Staff the outlet appropriately based on operational requirements.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships to assist in purchasing decisions.
  • Review employee behavior, appearance, and performance regularly.
  • Conduct daily meetings to ensure all departments are functioning effectively.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, analyze financial data, monitor sales, and ensure profitability.
  • Maintain accurate statistical and financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling complete business operations in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial information, and drive profitability.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing compliance in the food industry.
