- Co-ordinating with Business Associates , Regi onal Leaders and other stakeholders to understand the business requirements
- Providing meaningful business insights as and when required like Data Analysis relation various parameters, Contest Designing for business growth etc
- Responsible for timely resolution of queries , Escalation etc
- Work on adhoc activities/ Projects assigned by reporting manager like Automation, Audit & Quality process,
- Preparation of Business presentation
