Tableau Production Support

• Monitor dashboards for data accuracy and refresh issues

• Debug backend data issues impacting reports

• Ensure high reliability and performance of dashboards

Tableau Data Modeling

• Design efficient backend datasets for Tableau usage

• Work with scheduled queries supporting dashboards

Data Engineering & SQL Development

• Develop, optimize, and debug complex SQL queries

• Translate queries across platforms such as Vertica to BigQuery

• Manage data processing and transformations

GCP / BigQuery Management

• Work with scheduled queries, monitoring, and troubleshooting

• Manage data lake environments and access controls

• Ensure cost awareness and efficient usage of resources

Incident & Ticket Management

• Monitor pipelines, queries, and dashboards daily

• Handle incidents and ServiceNow tickets within SLAs

• Perform root cause analysis for failures

Cloud & Cost Optimization

• Monitor and optimize GCP resources

• Identify unused resources and reduce costs

• Support cost-saving initiatives through analytics

Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders

• Communicate issues, insights, and resolutions effectively
