Business Head - Digital Marketing Agency

• Manage the P&L of the Business, building up the team from scratch.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Delivery for the Business
• Develop and execute differentiated brand strategy, and build strong client relationships

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of total experience, having been in roles with P&L Management roles (Sales, Business Development, Account & Revenue Generation Management).
• Previous experience in an Advertising / Design / Marketing agency, with good understanding of digital marketing / advertising solutions
• Strong leadership skills
