Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and brokers.
• Lead, hire, mentor, and scale teams handling insurance operations, partnerships, and claims management.
• Monitor team performance using KPIs, provide training, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the full claims lifecycle including pre-authorization, cashless claims, reimbursement, denials, and appeals.
• Improve turnaround time (TAT), approval rates, and claim success ratios through process optimization.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, workflows, and compliance frameworks aligned with IRDAI and industry standards.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to automate claims tracking, reporting, and analytics.
• Work cross-functionally to enhance patient, hospital, and insurer experiences.
• Track and report key metrics including approval rate, TAT, denial percentage, recovery rate, and team productivity.
