  • The role includes analyzing customer needs, providing customized solutions, and cross-selling other financial products like cards, insurance, and loans.
  • Responsibilities also include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing professional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer acquisition: Generate new business for the bank by acquiring new customers for savings accounts (CASA) and other banking products.
  • Sales and marketing: Conduct marketing activities, make daily sales calls, and travel locally to find potential customers in the open market.
  • Product and solution selling: Sell products like savings/current accounts, debit/credit cards, insurance, and wealth management products by understanding and analyzing customer needs.
  • Cross-selling: Promote and sell asset products, loans, and other fee-based services like Trade & Forex to existing and new customers.
  • Customer service: Provide professional customer service to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting: Maintain and publish daily sales reports to management.
