Business Execution Manager - Quality Assurance - Commercial Loans

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager for Quality Assurance activities. Quality Assurance activities involves reviewing documentation and data entry performed during the loan trade life cycle to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or regulations, and to ensure accuracy, completeness, validity, and consistent entry in timely manner.
Provide support to policy teams/businesses and ensure alignment among policies, standards, and procedures, and with the corporate-level risk management framework. Establish quality assurance processes, perform quality control testing, review data integrity, communicate key metrics to LOB Leadership, and communicate errors to team members and leadership in a timely manner. Ensure customer impacting errors are corrected. The service also ensures customer impacts due to mistakes are mitigated. Facilitate internal and risk asset review audit requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
- Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development. Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work.
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives.
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives.
- Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners.
- Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
- Ensure work gets done in a timely manner, that deliverables are managed according to agree upon deadlines, and that metrics are met according to standard.
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
Required Qualifications, International:
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 6+ years Leadership experience.
- Good working knowledge of Commercial Loan related credit products.
- Experience in credit products operations and knowledge of commercial loan trade life cycle.
- Knowledge on regulatory requirements like ECOA, FCRA, Reg B, Reg O, Reg W, Reg U FACTA, CRA etc and its impact on commercial loan products.
- Proven ability to collaborate with the relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in Quality Assurance process/delivery, well versed with the QA concepts of Samples, Test Scripts, Reporting
