Business Domain - Telecom / MySQL

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze telecom business processes, billing, provisioning, and customer management workflows.
• Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases supporting telecom applications.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support telecom data processing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and network teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor database performance and implement tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Support telecom application data integration, migration, and reporting needs.
• Document technical specifications, database schemas, and telecom workflows.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving telecom system issues related to database performance and data integrity.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of the telecom business domain, including billing, CRM, provisioning, or network operations
• Proficiency in MySQL database design, query optimization, and administration
• Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Familiarity with telecom standards and protocols is a plus (e.g., SS7, SIP, IN)
• Ability to translate telecom business requirements into database solutions
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
