Job Description

Key job responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and ecommerce challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
  • Partner with service providers to scale seller growth by driving adoption of assigned services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to build and improve partner experience in the market. Consult and coach partners to grow and achieve improved results on Amazon
  • Drive communication strategy of the program, track and monitor performance of service providers
  • Execute a rigorous measurement program to track and report on Key Performance Indexes (KPIs) including reach and impact (including but not limited to service provided on-boarded, business growth impact) for your services, do root cause resolution to fix issues found, close the loop with stakeholders
  • Educate and lead strategic conversations with partners and navigate complex relationships
  • Be point of contact of the leadership and other teams This position is based in Bangalore, India and will require some travel.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience building new customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience influencing C-level executives
