Business Development Support Executive

• Customer Payment Management: Handling and tracking customer payments.
• Sales Order and Pricing Management: Managing sales orders and ensuring correct pricing.
• RFQ Processing and Data Management: Processing Requests for Quotation and managing the associated data.
• Cost Sheet and Offer Breakdown: Preparing cost sheets and breaking down offers for customers.
• Quote Follow-Up: Following up on quotes to close deals.
• Performa Invoice & Documentation: Creating proforma invoices and managing related documentation.
• Tooling and Invoice Tracking: Tracking tooling and invoices.

Administrative & Customer-Facing Tasks

You will also be responsible for essential administrative and new business tasks:

• Customer Code Creation and SAP Processes: Creating new customer codes and managing related SAP processes.
• PPTs: Creating presentations.
• New Customer Connect: Initiating contact with new customers.
